Spent most of the day through late this morning with our daughter and granddaughters. We will see them and the rest of our family during Thanksgiving. Looking forward to it. I'm still working on the teardown and install. Been in the cleaning and painting mode. Here are a couple of parts:

Not happy with the idler pulley. I may pick a new up. Hell, it's only money.

What kind of paint are you using? Something that'll hold up to the high heat temps?

Removed torque converter. That SOB is heavy. Going to wait until my son in-law comes over on Wednesday before installing the new one.
