i figured i would make my own stuff work and raided the extras stuff.

all was fine till a couple days later and i came out in the dark and noticed that the lights were on very dim, so i disconnected them for now.


got some 3k led fogs.

so got a few things done, got the snow tires off the tahoe, wasnt in a big hurry but found some used bfg that i felt ok paying for, and got them put on some extra wheels i had picked up.



be several posts today to show progress on a couple projects as of late.

so the excavator was kinda suddenly avalible and dropped of so i got to spend a couple of days learning and becoming comfortable with the machine.

this little spot was the crash course area that we spent about 15 min the night it was dropped off.

and to jump back a little with the camera and neighbor issue, the survey map came back and boy is there some interesting things there!! and he gonna be not happy!!!




ok, so here is a county map that shows the basic layout of our property. it is a fat "T" shape. the yellow is ours,

here is a google map style of the same thing. and you can see the property lines for the much smaller lots beside us.

now here is part of the surveyors, note the line that says fence and the distance behind the pole barn. the distance they are using is to the "back" of the fence. for the width of both of the lots to the right. each of those lots has a legal description of .41 acre ea. so in total they are on nearly an acre that is not theirs. this will be changing soon ( waiting for the stakes to be put in and the legal end before pushing. )



side note the 150x100 to the left side is where we intend to have mother in law, and will probably be pushed to 200x100 to make it deeper to encompass the area labeled dog kennel, as it is all gone, but i have left the concrete. hoping to use that as a patio type for chairs and such. but also want to make it so that if/when gets sold/rented or whatever that whoever gets it will have acess to use it without legal issue.

almost forgot i put some led's in the denali, high beam is halogen for now. planning on getting some adapter plates to put some hid projectors in the low beam and will swap the led to the high beam.

I know you're having the surveyor out before you take any action with the neighbors, and that's wise. Don't count on the aerial photos and the lot lines being accurate in these online represenation. Most of the (official) online sites like this have disclaimers about accuracy. It will be interesting to see what the "survey says!"
