and one of the most anticipated posts!!! update on the neighbor issue!!!
i will say that the lines not buy them where not quite where i thought them to be. i own a little less to the north than i thought, but quite a bit more to the west and closer to all my neighbors north lines ( the top of the "T" shape goes behind them all. i need to get some pics of those spots yet, but the ones on the issue side of the property.....
it is hard to see because the pic is crap, but there are three stakes in line that go right through the area they have been using.
when they came out they knocked on the door to let them know they would be out there, and she agreed easily. he was not home. when they had the line figured for sure, they had the police show up just to be sure and act as a witness. at some point she called him at work and handed the phone to the crew ( and you know she had to be all "these stakes are through the middle of the yard". he was all please, thank you, and be sure to make the line clear so i know where i have to move by things! Like WTF?????
the next day i headed to a car show (took the bike as with work things i didnt expect to be able to go so never touched the car) and he left a note on the door all " didnt know we where over, may we buy the part we have been using, how long do we have to move the things..
at the end there was a subtle threat i think tho as he mentioned that if we didnt sell then there wasnt enough room long term for his animals and he would have to move, and his little brother would probably move in once he got out of prison. ( figures, that makes 3 brothers all from prison)
my thought is fine!! because i would like the currently one gone, and if the next one is fresh from prison, then will also probably be on parole of some sort, and will not be able to afford to act much of a fool without being sent back.
