I made a call with my blue tooth when I hung up my radio was producing no sound when I go to the phone part of the my link it shows the call still active and on hold. I push end call and sound comes back for 5-10 mins then mutes again. I reset it to factory settings I turned it off opened the door and turned it back on I entered into on star mode and nothing seems to work has anyone had this happen or does anyone have any suggestions?

often the "fix" for technical glitches is to disconnect the battery for a couple minutes, this resets things kind of like rebooting a computer.
if the problem continues to occur then it's possible you may need a software update that the dealer could do (for a fee) or if you have the ability to update it yourself.
if a software update does not resolve it then you need to look at other options such as a in-depth diagnostic or module replacement, etc.

I am asking the OP .
The solution you are talking about did not solve the problem, and module replacement costs over 800$.

The OP was a hit-n-run, unfortunately. Since you've apparently had it diagnosed, it sounds like you have your answer.

So you're suggesting I change the module for 800$
just because it`s stuck in call ?!!!
I think we are here looking for solutions to our problems.
Anyway, thank you.

I'm not suggesting anything but having it diagnosed, checked for software updates, etc. I was under the mistaken impression that you had already had it diagnosed as a bad module.

so you disconnected the battery and it came back up still stuck in a call?
please verify
if so then you very well may need a scanner that can talk to the modules and see if it is communicating, if not then you could try re-programming it and if that does not work then yes it might need to be replaced. other options are check the harness and see if there is maybe a loose connection. if a reboot does not work then there is probably no "easy" fix
and you can get used modules for a hell of a lot less than $800
