question, how are you planning on accessing the subs in the future? are you sealing it completely? also you if you plan on staying ported theres something that you can do with that. if at sometime you feel like switching from spl to sq you can plug the ports with pieces of wood. i did that to mine. i like it a lot.
there will be an access panel in the back to remove the subs if need be. Also, I am glassing the inside of the box for reinforcement. Not the outside. Once it is in the truck i will be building trim panels to give it the apearance of a wall. then I will carpet it with a raised superman emblem in the front. It should look sick.
I finished the box and put it in the truck. That took some work. I had to router the edges to get it to fit. I mounted my mids and high amps on the side. Next i have to run my wires, install subs, get my amp, install batteries. and build a flush panel to make it a wall.
