Maybe, maybe not. But, I didn't do anything to mine to "beat a stock Denali". My benchmarks in life are a bit higher than that.

I just did stuff to waste my money as I pleased, for myself. I don't need anyone's attention. I'm not a monkey at the zoo putting on a show for people.


Since when did this become a racing thread? I thought it was about your appearance mods.


But, if you wanna bench race, I'd be happy to line up with you any time. According to any figures I've found, mine IS faster than a stock Denali of any driveline configuration offered for the GMT900 and it gets better MPG than the Hybrid. So, I'll race you 0-60, in the 1/8, the 1/4, to 100mph, to 130mph and past the gas station. I also won't give a **** who sees or doesn't see it happen.

OP brought in a few subject changes throughout his butthurt raging. One of which was that beating a stock Denali, among many other OPINIONS, was some sort of benchmark that which my Tahoe falls short.

As Mark Twain said, "Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Another favorite of mine is "Arguing with a fool only proves there are two".



As for your wager- I agree. Although, I think it'd be a close (read: "good") race and I'd like to find out one day just for fun.

Lol no one's getting butt hurt. I just like to return the same energy the others have here. Nothing wrong with that. While some hate chrome I hate the blacked out wheels. It's ugly on everything. I also hate to see obnoxious lifted trucks too. I whipped one on the highway the other day and it had glass packs lol you ought to seen his face. Like one poster asked was I in high school I could say that the responses here are from high school girls because that's what it seemed like and I had to return that same energy. I lose no sleep over what some jealous loser with an 5.3 has to say. Just killing some time here

I would have to say I am not the least bit jealous. I have blacked out wheels and zero chrome because that it my preference as is with your rig, lots of chrome and flash. That is what makes this forum and the world spinning-the uniqueness of us all. At the end of the day, the opinion of others should mean jack to you because our vehicles are an extension of our "unique" personalities. Keep rockin' what you like BUT dont **** on someone else in the process.

No because it's not worth building one in these trucks. I've beaten alot of "cammed" 5.3 trucks and all I have is an vararam intake. Alot of truck guys ask for a beating around these parts and r/t chargers too lol

I guess asking for proof via dyno sheets, or drag slips, is too much. Anways, so of us like to go slow in our trucks with blacked-out wheels and knobby tires ( I just bought it that way). If I want to go fast I'll buy a fast car. Looking at another V8 BMW currently.
