Have you looked at the TBI gasket under the injector ring? I've seen them get dry rotted and cracked. They will then suck extra air and cause a lean condition

What are you getting for fuel pressure?

Well I figured it.out and it is running amazing it was a loose disturbutor all along Thanks guys

I rebuilt the tbi all new gaskets on the engine and I have figured it out it was a loose distributor
