need advice about bumpers

i just recently got into an accident and my rear bummper got bent under my truck and my front got dented in. i want to put a roll pan on back. do u need to replace the part of the frame for it or no and i want to put a bumper cover on the front but not have to buy a new bumper under it. is there a way to bolt it on without a full bumper under it
