Well on my 04 Yukon Denali the "Service Ride Control" is on and i took to get checked out and need new shocks and compressor for the rear. Now I'm kinda stuck on what to do cause I was planning on doing a 2 3/4 drop and now I have to deal with this issue. Can anyone advise me on what to do.

Decide if you want to run the autoride equipment with the drop. If so, contact Arnott industries. If not, just get some new shocks to go with the drop kit.

I just dropped my 04 Tahoe with a 3/5 kit two weeks ago and in the process I disabled the factory autoride. I am super happy with the results and the ride quality. It is VERY easy to disable the autoride without any problems and swap in some new decent shocks. Check out my pics and you can see the results and if your interested in details on what I have installed just send me a pm.

Hey Tony, could you PM me the info on disabling the autoride? I'm considering doing the same, and have been closely watching this thread.

Also, if i keep the autoride, how will the ride compare to normal shocks if autoride is disabled?

Did the Arnott reman'd ones along with a new compressor--found a package deal from Arnott via ebay. I installed them a few months ago and have had zero issues.
