Need Driver side power source for cell phone car dock

I just found the fuse box, I didint realize where it was originally.
I found a few "add a circuit" fuse taps on ebay, but most seem to be 10amp max, which brings up the question of how many amps are necessary for a car charger. You have any idea?

Can anyone tell me which fuse I could tap my car charger into? I'm going to be cutting the actual larger off and tapping the wire directly into a fuse with the "add a circuit"

I am assuming my my best choice would be ether the 5amp fuse or the 2amp fuse so I don't blow my phone.

You can't use a "home" charger which runs off 120 volts ac in a car which only provides 12 volts dc. Buy a car charger!
