So from what I’ve gathered, the 5” rough country lift is probably going to be the best bang for my buck. Anyone have any experience with lifts in that range and what size tires could fit under it on 18” wheels?

@phaley99 Tozan is running 34 in tires on a 4 inch lift so I would say 34 inch tires at the least.

@87carl They used to be a budget brand but they have started to really improve their quality, especially in their shock technology. I will say that I have seen several people with the 7.5 inch lift that have issues with the rear not being lifted enough.

Also, is there any difference between 1500 truck kits and ones listed as Tahoe/Yukon lifts?

The rear not being lifted enough is common on most lift brands with the burbs and tahoes I read that in reviews on lots of them

And fronts from trucks and rear shocks are same but spring/lift blocks don't work I have a truck lift in mine because I couldn't find a small knuckle lift for the suvs. I only did 3.5 inches.

Should be able to fit 34-35 easily depending on offset or wheelspacers. When I get better rims so I can eliminate spacers I will fit 35s on mine with only 3.5 inches lift I got enough room. Mine actually went up 5 inches in the front when I put the lift in

I'm running 7.5" plus a level kit in the front with no issues at all on my Z71 I have no rubbing at all and am running 35" I have the rough Country kit and it's very solid. I also have Air Ride bags in the rear for towing and a better ride quality
