Good Afternoon,

All,

I am a new member and I own a 1997 gmc yukon since new. Turned it over to my 16 year as a starter vehicle and it all went south. You name it I have replaced or rebuilt. Yesterday I had his truck towed home from college campus. It turns over but will not start. Brand new fuel pump. I manually added fuel the TBI and it started. So I new it was a fuel problem. This morning I got in it just to see if it would start. IT STARTED...Is there an anti theft system that may have shut the fuel system down? If so do you know how to by-pass? Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thks

May just be an electrical gremlin some where.
When it happens again you need to verify that there is or is not fuel pressure present.
That will tell us more of what we need to know to help out.
Unless it's a common problem that I'm not aware of.
