That's very interesting... makes me think about buying one just for a cheap trial.

I was going to go the Pioneer route, but really liked how this was basically a cell phone in car radio form. You can basically download any Android apps on it. It comes with a stock gps program but i just installed waze and use that since it gives you updates. It also comes with gps antenna and usb inputs so you can plug in a 3g/4g usb stick for cell service(i just turn my phone into a hotspot and connect through wifi.) Very versatile head unit. You can also mirror your phone onto the screen and control your phone from the radio

For the life of me, I can't get my S7 Edge to connect to my Pioneer NEX unit.
