Hi Guys! Thanks in advance for the Replies and allowing me to become a member of the forum! Looking forward to hanging around.......
I have a 2010 Yukon 1500 with about 110,*** miles that I am towing a 23' Superlight Weekend Warrior...From doing research on the trailers-I was/am under the impression that a half ton is more than capable of towing the 23' Superlight Weekend Warrior (and it's unloaded as well....just your basic power wheels, bicycles, etc) But I am really having a hard time towing this thing.......not so much when I am on the Freeway on a "flat-un-changed in elevation" freeway. however, when there is any change, positive, in elevation my temperature needles really start moving up to the point where I start getting pretty nervous...unfortunately by now I have forgotten what temperature that actually is, not quite in the red on the engine temp-and the electronic trans temp seems to coordinate closely with the engine temp as well........Is there any way to gain more power/be at a higher RPM while keeping my Transmission Temp down/Engine Temp down?

Any Input would be more than fantastic....
