There are things I would not have bought as options...... like the wheels for that much or the exhaust tip for that $$.

You should just lower it and put a TVS on it. Call it done.

I still came out ahead, i bought an escalade and drove it for 3 years I paid 29K in payments on it, i sold it and made back 7K so it cost me 22K to drive the truck for 3 years, on a lease I pay $25K for 3 years dont have to worry about anything with the car like new tires or brakes and at the end of 3 years return it and not have to think "am i about to lose money"

Congrats on the ride. It is a very slick Tahoe and I love the color. But to be fair, you didn't make money on the EXT. you "lost" $22k in payments.

First thing I'd do is buy an airaid jr intake and get it tuned (most people have good experiences with Black Bear). You probably feel like you left one of your balls in the EXT because the 5.3L in the Tahoes just don't cut it.

What I would NOT do is look in the 'Exterior' section because you'll be kicking yourself for spending $1,900 on 20" wheels when you can get 22"s from Supercharged for around $2k. (If you would've taken just the stock polished 20"s you could've sold them for $750 and used it for the 22"s). But if you spent $60k on a Tahoe, that shouldn't bother you.

Very nice truck though. Lots of good ideas on here. It gets addicting...

'Left one of your balls in the EXT"... :lol2: !!

X2 on the intake & BB TUNE

20's aren't bad if you like em and are in a climate where you want to run a 'winter wheel'.

Congrats on the new Hoe OP!

Didnt you say this is leased? Why waste even more money on mods? are you even allowed to modify a leased vehicle?

You can do anything you want to a lease that adds to the value, the dealer will gladly accept it, its when you lower the value that they are not to happy with.

Thanks everyone

and like i said we had it Demo's by the owner for a few days when he demos there are certain options they make him get to show the car off. Im happy with it and i actually like the wheels because noone around here has them.

Lol smh

Let's think really hard here. What mods do u think a dealer will gladly accept? What aftermarket mods would gm see an increase in value? Since when did aftermarket mods increase resale value in both a private and dealer transaction?

As an individual household, leasing is a rental of a car u can't really afford. Let's b honest. Ur forever indebted to the banks. U never own anything. U end up with nothing. Just debt. Payments upon payments. Slice dice how u like.

I can buy the truck in Cash but wouldnt, Cars lose value quicker then a pregnant ******, I would rather lease a Truck abnd every 3 years get a brand new one, I never keep a car more then 3 years so it makes no sense to buy it and then lose money on selling it, Id rather lease and have the dealer worry about the value at the end, I bought my Escalade and couldnt wait to sell it because after 4 years i was sick and tired of having the same car.

To say people who cant afford the car, lease it is the stupidest thing i ever heard.
