New cats, exhaust and 02 sensors installed with little to no problem. Leaving everything loosely installed, I started tightening at the manifolds and working my way back. Everything lined up and sealed great. I did have to bend the flange of one of the cats just a little to give clearance between it and the other cat. I bent one of the exhaust hangers to a full 90 degree angle as well.
I also had to clearance the factory heat shield above the rear 02 sensor right in front of the muffler. the 02 bung was welded on at a slightly different angle than factory but no big deal. She sounds great, no resonance in cab and overall I'm quite pleased.
I will get more pics tomorrow of it installed. I ended up slicing my finger open installing the worm clamps over the heat shield on the muffler. I bandaged it real quick and finished the last two clamps. then I took it off the jack stands and drove it to get 3 stitches. awesome!!
