Yukons are in mine and they are good so far and quiet. Stick with 4.10 gears also. A 4.56 is too much for 33" tires.

Damn your going to town huh! Welcome man! Good looking truck for a great price! My mom is deaf and also loves to feel the bass when she rides in my truck haha. Its nice to get my mom to smile when she can actually enjoy the music.

You should def paint the frame. Great idea for being in and out of saltwater . Good luck man!

Thanks guys/gals, Here's the heads up of the progress so far. Wifey surprised me that we'll be having a baby. Time to cut down the project a little bit. Thinking of going 3" lift for now with spindles and blocks and adding stainless steel brake lines. Do I need to change gears with 32" tires with stock rims instead of 33"? Also I'm having what the guys at Off Road Warehouse telling me whats called a power surge, When I'm on the highway and it act like a wind resistance pushing the truck a bit but it's just either motor or gears hesitation. The ORW guys said it's very common with our trucks. Since y'all have owned and still owns the beautiful General Motor/Chevrolet SUV and may come across this problems, Please give me a heads up to look at what I need to get to fix this "power surge".
