welcome!!! being a GM tech you probably know much more then me, but the lux stock amp in these trucks sometimes go bad resulting in a large current draw when off.

Yes I was wondering that myself so Friday evening I did an amp draw test and tested each circuit. None were really making a difference (was pulling 250Ma continuous) until I pulled the ipc fuse and watched the readings drop to 40mA which fits the 35-50 mA spec.
So far I have pulled the ipc fuse and came out today and bingo, she fired right up. I have the dash out and am going to get it sent off tomorrow!
Should have my new arnott compressor end of this week as well as the steering parts so I will get that installed also.
