My 03 was doing fine, still it with a bit of stutter should I stomp gas pedal. Need to p/u a couple more air filters due to 3 miles of dirt driveway/ranch roads where I live.

I knew about the CASE relearn for the crank sensor but I thought that was not needed for the "plug and play" cam sensor?I missed that you changed the crank sensor. It's recommended to perform a CASE relearn anytime the crank or cam sensor is replaced.
x2 on @Doubeleive's comment about the MAF sensor. It should be clean and Original Equipment. Not aftermarket or you're asking for trouble.
