I missed that you changed the crank sensor. It's recommended to perform a CASE relearn anytime the crank or cam sensor is replaced.

x2 on @Doubeleive's comment about the MAF sensor. It should be clean and Original Equipment. Not aftermarket or you're asking for trouble.

I knew about the CASE relearn for the crank sensor but I thought that was not needed for the "plug and play" cam sensor?

I've seen it stated both ways, yes for camshaft sensor and no for camshaft sensor. It's an easy enough procedure to just do it.
