You could always join ALLDATAdiy.com for a year at a time membership for around $25 and then you would have all the wiring schematics, diagnosis steps, repair and replacement info and any other info related to just your rig. It is the same software that shops use.

So I subscribed to all data to get the schematic and further investigated this. I checked the 10amp crank fuse under the hood which should have 12v at it at all times per the schematic (hot at all times) and I have no voltage there. I the repacked the ignition switch since this is where it gets power and I still have the same no start issue. Now I am trying to figure out where the power feeds into the ignition switch to see if the problem occurs prior to the ignition switch. I am also just debating on wiring in a push button starter and bypassing this whole system.

did you do a relearn after replacing the ignition? if the security light is on or blinking then you need to do the relearn. I don't remember if just replacing the ignition required the relearn or if it needed to be done only if the housing was replaced. on the 2003 it should only require the 10 minute but could be the 30 minute

I didn’t but I don’t think the security light is on.

Hopefully, you will not need to bypass the ignition switch and install a pushbutton starter switch. Toward the end of my 97 Yukon's life (RIP), my ignition switch failed, and the least cost option was to install this pushbutton switch that you mentioned.
