Hi guys. I'm new to the forum but wanted to drop a quick post since I just picked up an AWD 2009 Summit White GMC Yukon XL Denali with 77,000 miles. I paid $29K. Overall the vehicle appears to be in excellent mechanical condition and the interior is about as clean as one could imagine. Routine maintenance always done at GMC Dealership (13 service records listed on the CARFAX report)...no accidents and no documented history of mechanical issues. Tires have approximately 75% life remaining.

My wife will be the primary driver and she does about 9000 miles a year. So hoping this will be a nice reliable family/roadtrip vehicle for us.

A couple of the niceties include:

1. Navigation
2. Backup Camera
3. Power Retractable Running Boards (I know that's one more problem waiting to happen...but I like the clean look when they are retracted)
4. Double DVD Entertainment System

The only cosmetic issues it has are:

1. AC fan buttons worn
2. Missing the rear tow hitch cover

Here are a few pics:

They are definitely holding their value...especially if the miles are below eighty-thousand. I almost paid $5K more for a 2010 with 67,000 miles. But I figured a USB port and ten thousand miles weren't worth the extra money.

Looks great. Very clean. I had the same issue with my AC controls, replaced it with a new unit off Amazon for $130 or so. I looked at ebay first and a lot were used with wear or scratches for not much less.

Can't PM yet

I can't reply to PM's yet :sorry sign:

As fas as my AC control replacement goes..

I installed it myself. It was pretty easy. Pop off the trim around the radio and swap the unit out. I already had the tools that would pop the panel out without damaging it.

It didn't need any programming. I just plugged it in. It did blow hot air out for a minute but then I turned the key on and off a few times and it started to work correctly. My buttons looked terrible before the swap.http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0049481YA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is the one I got it was 126.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
