Where can I find that set of cab lights? And what size/type is your lift?

Cab lights can be found at LMC. They have the OBS (5 lights) and NBS (3 Lights) styles.

Idk bout cab lights, they where on there when I got truck and truck was all stock. When I replaced the caps they had gm on there and I bought new ones from dealer so I guess they were stock. All I have is 2 in level kit from I think rough country.
