That is Throttle Body Injection, right?? If so, then that means I can ****** it off and kill it with carb cleaner and then put it back on? If that's the case, then I will do that when I put all that new stuff on...

That is precisely what I have... Except the PO used a shorter belt and circumvented the AC... I'm not sure why, yet though, so I'll probably get one from the Pull-A-Part yard here before summer...

He also turned the air filter cover upside down, and now the damned thing sucks air like it's got asthma... I'm unsure of why he did that too... I found one vacuum leak (that I could reach) going to the charcoal canister, so I fixed that, but I need to turn that air cleaner lid back the right way and see if there's any change in the motor performance...

If you're pulling the TB you might consider adding a TB spacer. It's a debatable mod but I had one from PO and never thought about removing it.
