I have another exhaust question. I am still looking into changing my exhaust and am now looking into mufflers. My question is whether anybody has a current exhaust system that sounds sweet but has very minimal drone on the highway. Looked a little bit and saw Dynomax has a muffler called the VT that claims to have no drone. Anybody have any experience with Dynomax VT's?

Also, my buddy does custom exhaust using Magnaflow muffler's. Anybody have good experience with magnaflow's that have no to minimal drone?

Thanks

I have the magnaflow part# 12909 on my denali, no drone in the cabin when cruising. Only hear the rumble when stepping on the gas hard.

Flowmaster 50 Series FTW!

This is a good choice. On my ride I went with a Magnaflow muffler (part # 12589) and have been very happy with it! No drone in the cabin and you only really notice it (inside the vehicle) when you step on it especially at highway speeds. The Flowmaster 50 series muffler will also do a good job with that but the two mufflers do have different sounds so I'd encourage you to research via YouTube for exactly how you want your ride to sound :)

I had a magnaflow on mine and it was way too much drone for me so I switched the the Flowmaster. Sound will differ depending on the vehicle too obviously.

What's the part number on the Dynomax VT Muffler for a 2002 GMC Yukon Denali. I can't seem to find it.
