no heated Windshield on a $90k SUV?

Heated fluids and air defrost will not clear the windscreen in any reasonable amount of time. An in glass element will start melting within minutes.
A heated screen can be an OPTION.

I live in Western NY...Never felt the need for a heated windshield and have driven Suburbans and Yukons since the 90s. And yes...they are expensive enough without adding useless things like heated windshields.

716 here as well. Truck is parked outside. Nothing is a need. As mentioned, I think it should be an option.
Have to spend an inordinate amount of time chiseling the ice off the wipers due to their location on this vehicle.

If defrost works that badly it's a design flaw in that new generation.
When the windshield needs that much scraping the other windows need some work too, by the time those are done defrost has usually done enough to make the windshield easy.

One of our cars the wipers are buried lower then those and its a pain when they ice over.
