Noisy intake manifold.

Video says its private, cannot be viewed. As to the noise, without hearing it, are you sure its from the intake manifold?

The rattle part sound dosent increase with rpm like a lifter would.

Wow that does sound like a diesel, no need for a DMax swap! Haha. But I see how your saying it seems to be coming from the intake manifold. Do you have a mechanics stethoscope by any chance? If not a cheap one can be picked up from harbor freight. Try using that on different parts of the engine, See if the noise gets louder in certain areas rather than others. Have you removed anything to check for oil in the intake or something like that? Might be a long shot but that hose you are right over at the end of the video is the PCV hose. Kinda sounds like it could be a gurgling sound? There would be other issues if there was a significant amount of oil being pulled through but it was just a thought of something to look into.

I have a catch can and catch a decent amount of oil. I have a harbor freight near buy. Thanks for the suggestion ill go get a stethoscope tmrw from them and do some more investigating.

Wow, that could be a couple things.
Lifters, exhaust leak, bent pushrods..

Those lifters are known to collapse and make that exact sound.
