my 4x4 is equipped with factory 3.42's I think that was standard with a 3.73 option.
Noob with a 98. Need advice.

Update, my trans shop finished with the transmission today so I'll go get her tomorrow afternoon. They got it done pretty fast, but i guess when you gut the entire case and set new internals there isn't alot of tweak time involved. I cant wait to see how she drives once I get the rebuilt rear end back in there also. Once my wallet gets back into shape I'll start on redoing the front seats. Thanks for the lead by the way to the earlier post on upholstery.
