Its really bad. I cant understand how the alenzas could get me stuck 3-4 times with only one tire stuck. How do I shut off TC? Must be a problem somewhere.

As others have told you: There is something wrong with your truck - take it to the dealer to get it sorted.

If your AWD is working properly you shouldn't get stuck with the front tires having traction. Having said that, good tires make all the difference in the world.

I ran dedicated snow tires on my old burb in the Cleveland winters, no issues getting around in several feet of snow. All seasons on my AWD Yukon XL, not so great performance, even in 4-6" of snow.

I called a few days ago. No call backs from my advisor. Im gonna stop in. Its my wife's vehicle so its hard to give up for days. Thanks for all of the feedback.
