I currently have a few Cooling Fan harnesses available for sale. For anyone who doesn't already know, I pull these fan harnesses from junk vehicles and "refurbish" them as a standalone harness. By the time I'm done with it, it pretty much looks like a brand new fan harness. I completely clean and inspect EVERY inch of the wiring, the relay block, the plugs, etc. If needed, I make any needed repairs, because sometimes the wires may be cut, or the insulation damaged because some of these vehicles were in a collision. If any repairs are needed, l solder the wire back together and cover the repair in marine grade heat shrink tubing. Sometimes I may need to replace a cracked/damaged plug. Then l personally test each harness for proper operation, and make sure all the relays function as they should. Then I apply silicone dielectric grease to each plug/connection to help prolong the life and to help seal out moisture. Then I completely wrap the entire harness in all new wire loom before shipping it out. I treat each and every harness as if i was installing it on my own truck. If you have a 00-02 and are using the AC compressor clutch wire as one of the trigger wires, l can splice in an additional relay for an extra $20. (Like tge one pictured below) So for a 00-02 harness, I charge $175 shipped. For a 03-06, I charge $155 shipped, since I dont need to wire in an additional relay. I've sold dozens of these harnesses over the last few years not only on this forum, but several other GM truck forums and I dont think I have one single unhappy customer. If you simply search my name on here, I'm sure you find lots of raving reviews from plenty of my past customers.

It's mounted between the underhood electrical center and the firewall. Like under the curved fender support bracket.

Correct. It basically clips right onto the stock fuse block, and it fits under the stock fuse block cover. OR....You could also swap over to the 05-06 fuse block cover, and that one actually has an access cover to gain access to the cooling fan relays. Otherwise, you need to pull the whole cover off to access the relays.
