OH NO my transfer case is making noise

whats up guys its been a while the hoe has been running like a champ till now. my baby is making a grinding noise when i take off or slow down any idea what going on. fluid was low i think the rear shaft seal may have a leak i havent noticed any leaks because i park her down hill.

i haven't wanted to engage the 4wd because im afraid of mass destruction.when im going slow or slowing down i dont hear it when im driving at a normal speed
