as well as the pressure sensor would it be a good idea to get these replaced? as preventive maintenance?

Well.....albeit not a bad thing to try and proactively change the o-ring out it's not really a "while I'm in there" type of part that goes with an oil pressure sensor. Changing out the o-ring on the pickup tube requires the removal of the oil pan, lowering or removing the front differential, and various other items.

My general criteria for preventative maintenance repairs is to address things that when they go wrong, will: 1/ Fail without warning 2/ Leave me stranded when they do. Neither of those items make the cut for me as requiring proactive replacement, FWIW. If you would feel better doing them though, then by all means do them.

Change it. Easy peasy compared to my awd denali. I did mine when doing the rear main seal 44k miles ago. transfer case front differential had to come out too in my case. No regrets.
