So am I, lol. I started on my belly with a moving quilt underneath, but it started hurting after a while. I moved into the sitting in the engine bay position near the end when I was finishing up and my wife happened to come out and took my picture because she thought it looked funnyWait till your old like me (God willing and the creek don't rise) you'll be on your belly cause your back don't bend like that no moe.
I went from the top, and used a ratchet that has a swivel type head, like pictured below.

Finding your way to make it work, I love it.Took me 5 hours to do mine. Biggest problem was getting the socket over the sending unit (after getting the connector off). That piece of plastic shroud on the back of the manifold was tilting the socket just enough so it wouldn't go on. Once it was pushed down on the sender everything went well. Although I had to use a piece of plywood set on top of the engine to lay on.
I'm having the same issue, I can't break it loose and now the socket is stuck on there, how did you end up doing itSo I finally got my oil pressure socket on and the thing won't budge. I sprayed a little wd40 on it. Was gonna try using a breaker bar for more leverage, but I'm afraid if I crank it too hard it will break. Any suggestions?
I don't know how you guys do it... I have normal size girl hands and had a b**ch of a time getting to the sensor.
