Well, my 01 with 180k on it. Cold start is around 70-75, like you. Once warmed up, still sits around mid 60s. And regardless of cold or warm, going down the road it sets about 75-78. All the dang time.
It has done this since I bought it, a year and half ago. If it makes a difference, I'm running synthetic 5-30. All this "high" pressure, yet I have a slight leak somewhere on the right side.
