Yeah- I've seen those. Its gay they sell them with a projector lens with a regular bulb behind it. Sounds like that's how they come right?

I want to buy them with HIDs already installed..... Too busy to be tearing them apart and installing HIDs once I get them.... I guess I could take them to a shop and get them done.....

Yeah, they come with halogens installed. The light output was pretty weak with them and it didn't look right with the LED's and 6K fogs that I have. The yellowish light looked so out of place.

Those look good Jason. But I don't want to have to (I can't) be modifying the HL to accept HID. I'd consider just doing them w/ a 4K Sylvania ST if it wasn't a major job to change the bulb after they burn out every 6-12mths.

You could try them with Silverstars... those bulbs would be very easy to install.

And I don't want to copy your truck. Last week I saw a black nali on Normandale w/ tinted tails and sweet 24s I believe.... last thing we need is 3 identical black custom nalis running around the SW metro....

I think I've seen that one before too. I haven't seen anyone else install these headlights other than me though. If you like them, you should go for it :Handshake:

P.S I got some "stuff" coming this week and am hoping to start my project this weekend. I'll probably be shooting you a help message LOL.

Anytime... I'd be happy to help you out.

This is the reply I seem to get from ebay dealers on HID w/ projectors:

http://reviews.ebay.com/HID-Guide-to-Aftermarket-Projector-Headlights_W0QQugidZ10000000001638316

Is this true or false?

Thx.

That's true for the most part... however, if you modify them properly, you shouldn't have any problems. I was worried at first that they would get too hot and melt the projector, but I've had them for a few months now and have taken them on 4-5 hour trips without any problems. The beam pattern is actually pretty good with the HIDs and they don't contact the back of the projector.

Great. They ran my card.... phone number listed on my credit card bill is 909-374-5119 and when you call it says, "Not accepting calls at this time." no response to any emails and never got an order confirmation. This place is suspect. What a PITA.

Sorry to hear about that man. I can't seem to find the seller who I bought mine from a while ago and I can't find any more like mine on eBay for some reason.

Finally got a response.....

We want to regretfully inform you that this headlights is out of stock at this moment. The ETA of this item is approximately 3-5 weeks. Please let us know if you would like us issue a full refund, or we can place this order on hold and ship the product out once our new shipment arrived.

Back to the drawing board.....
