Yes, talked to regular driver yesterday. The part was delivered to the wrong address at 9 am on the 16th. My office is not open till 9 am and my Fed Ex driver does not come till 1-2 pm when he does come here. He said the part must have been delivered by Fed Ex Express. When I print out the delivery info it says the guys name and shows delivery in Eugene, Or. but where there is a place for a street address on that form, is blank. I can't even go there and get it my self. The regular driver said he would search for the package as well and get with that Express driver.
The driver I trust because one day he came here for advice in his own car. He saw my ASE certs on the wall in my office and knew what they are. He had a noise and slight high/erratic idle and was going to trade in vehicle. I removed his engine cover and could hear the vacuum leak even better. Located a swollen vacuum hose that was not tight at one end of the connection. I have a few sizes of vacuum hose I keep here. I replaced his hose, idle came down and smoothed out and he was happy as a pig in shit! He traded the car in and got what he wanted. I did not charge him a cent.
I am hoping that after you get your tune done, you will get the bug to do more.
