Outside door handle

Ok guys, i was just wondering if there is some sort of trick to replacing the outside handles? I got the old one off without too much trouble, but getting the new one on isnt so easy. Im thinking i have to take out basically everything in the door to be able to get to the pins. Any tips?

You'll need to remove the door handle to properly do it

1A auto has a youtube video that will break it down for you. I prefer to drop the hinge down and bring it up on the rods. but different strokes for different folks

Damn, well thanks for the help you guys. I was trying to avoid having to take the inner panel and window regulator out. Was hoping there was a trick to avoid it but it dosent seem like there is

you should find some nuts or bolts holding it to the door panel.
