got a CEL last night while filling up with gas. p0172 bank 1 running rich and p0175 bank 2 running rich, but the truck runs just fine. starts up, idles, and drives like there is nothing wrong at all. guy at the parts store directed me to the fuel pressure regulator. he says its common to see rich condition in both banks when this goes out, and given my 108k miles and the recent single digit low temps, he thinks theres a good chance thats my culprit

they didnt have one in stock, so would have to order and its $115. i found the one i need on rockauto.com for $65/shipped

does this sound plausible? ive never done any troubleshooting on the fuel system, other than when a fuel pump goes out

MAF dirty or faulty may be the cause , being that both sides are coding. Have a K&N air cleaner on it ?
