I use to work up north,-30c was a warm day.Diesel trucks just idled all night.Nothing was turned off and if it did was only for an hour. You push the clutch in at -40c it just stays on the floor lol.
I have experienced that. I have done a few trips to Ft McMurray to the Oil sands.

Working on the last panel. Yay!! Sure enough I found a dog hair. Probably in the paint or the first coat of clear. I’m sanding over it and it’s not changing so I know my clear is at least one dog hair thick haha. B20438F2-F9A0-4F9B-A982-33A897BCDC72.jpeg

Got the Yuk back in the garage. Weather is much nicer but the roads now are a mess. Gravel, salt, sand everywhere.

Local store had 24x24 mud flaps chunks. I cut one in half sandwiched it between the inner fender cover. Temporary have it on to see if I like it. Will have to make a big washer as the rubber isn’t that thick. Not the nicest but will stop all the crap on the roads B7CE8B6D-A86B-429D-A8C7-5D9CBA2CF04D.jpeg0CEB88BB-90CA-4550-802A-F6CD12408B16.jpeg
