I have a 1996 two door and after I took both of the doors apart to install new speakers the passenger window stopped working. Where should I start looking for problems and how do I do that? Thank you!

if you are sure that the lockout switch is connected and in normal position, start with the motor connector and a dmm and see if get volts when trying to move window.

Where is the lockout switch at? I was not aware of it but I'm pretty sure everything is connected. I'm going through all of it tomorrow

I was just poking around inside the door when I removed the passenger switches and I found the two little green wires are not plugged into anything but I don't see where they go?

Just kidding are those for the stock speakers? I definitely just replaced those three months ago with new speakers and all new wiring. My bad

Actually I don't know I thought it would but maybe not for two door models. In that case start with the passenger motor connector. Can I assume that either door switch does not operate it and the driver one is fine. I will whip out the diagrams.

Yea sorry, the driver window works fine but neither of the switches do anything for the passenger window but the passenger luck/unlock works fine and everything.

when using the passenger switch it can draw power to operate window with out going thru the drivers side and it shows no lock out option for two door unit. so if while the ignition is on you have battery power at the yellow wire on the passenger switch connector then it has to be that switch or window motor at fault.
