Passing emissions after cat removal

Wanting to know how owners of 00-02 who are running no cats are passing emissions. Is there a way? Other than paying for an illegal sticker? wanting to run long tubes with no cats. Just looking for advice before I do anything.

Bolt one in for testing, and bolt in an offroad pipe the rest of the year?

Gut the cats, have the rear O2's tuned out and it will still pass the check.

No it won't. You will need to be able to bolt in a cat and rear o2 sensors to pass. No way to trick it, the system is too smart. Then unbolt and bolt in a straight pipe.

I have heard ethanol will test lean. Do your own research though. Probably need a tune.

Used to have guys come up here since we just got a safety inspection. But now with the new bs. The on put er says it all
