Not sure where you got that p/n. GM Parts Direct shows the one I stated and on EBay if you enter the one you list and do the compatibility list it says it's not compatible with any 2008 Escalades.

Valve cover PN 12642655 is cheaper and it fits 09-13 Yukon, Tahoe, Escalade, Avalanche, etc. What's the difference from a 12570427 besides $$$ ?
