That's one of the most impressive builds I've ever seen. Check it out starting at 17:50 (as linked below) and he goes over the electronics. The integration of all of the systems is better than I've seen even in a modern BMW or Mercedes. Wow. Just wow. Great find.

I love it!!!

I loved it too. It was a great truck and never let us down. But the Pittsburgh winters nearly rotted it into the ground after only 10 years and 80K miles.

I've gotta watch that whole video yet. I love the different shifters. Reminds me of the Hurst/Olds 442 shifters. I think it was the 84(?).
They're just badass, but SUPER expensive--if you can even find them.

I worked with a young guy in the early 90's who had a blue pickup, but with no cab, exactly like this. That thing was held together with hopes and dreams. Was literally falling apart too.

Those shifters had to have been conceived by a former pilot, or at least an admirer of aircraft. Looks reminiscent of the throttle quadrant of a DC-3.

And as every military pilot knows, chicks get hot for flyboys.
