So far I have added 2" shackle out back and 2" belltech drop springs up front. I also added shock extenders and the ride did get better but once i lowered it another 2" it went back to a very stiff ride.
I spoke to fellow 2 wd owner and he is using Western Chassis DS2 shocks, so thats next.
I found that my pinion angle is 3 degrees off, should not be anymore than .5 degrees according to what i have read. I should be getting the shims and installing them today. I know that has something to do with the vibration im getting at 65 mph. I looked at my U joints and the rear one was new but when i took the drive shaft off the u joint was very stiff with a spot that it would take more force to move. I installed anew one and it did help a little with the vibration.
I also bought 235/55 Nitto 421s and got rid of the 255/50 Bridgestone's. They were the wrong weight rating for the truck and also too small IMO
