Weird. I don't have to hold mine down to. I just press it and the seats go where I want them to (setting 1 or 2).

That is strange! I tried again and still have to hold it down. The manual also says to hold it down and if you release it, the seat movement will stop.

Do you mean you are sitting in the drivers seat with the vehicle running and you have to hold the #1 button until you're seat is in the correct position? On mine I just hit the button and let go. It goes to the correct position.

When the vehicle is off you have to hold either 1 or 2, when powered on you dont have to just press once.

Why the heck would you adjust the seat before starting the truck?

Mine is always started prior to me pressing the 1 or 2.

My problem is after my wife has been driving it. I cant even fit in the seat to get in it and start it. That's my reason.

Which is why I suggested that you change the exit settings to move be seat automatically back upon exiting, that way when you go to get in the seat it already all the way back.

Yes, I have to press and hold no matter if it is running or not. I don't see any settings to change it, either. And now, tonight, it isn't going back to my memory setting when I enter the vehicle.

Yes. I plan on doing that. I haven't had time to mess with it today. Thanks again.

I think something is wrong.

So I now have over 1000 miles on it. I have a few more observations.

Still happy with ride quality. It's smooth and quiet.

It feels sluggish on take off. From 0 to 40mph. It almost feels as if it hesitates or has a miss. I have read if others having this problem. I went to my local dealer and test drove another. It did the same thing. Probably my biggest issue to date. Not a problem if you get on the accelerator. Only a problem in regular acceleration.

Downshifts a little rough sometimes.

It clunks sometimes after coasting and then hitting the gas to accelerate. My 2011 did the same thing. I always thought it was a bad ujoint on my 2011.
