@randeez here is the total knock degrees and advance plot for the same log. I spent hours reading about KR plots but still cannot determine. To me looks like I have pinging but not sure.

That says total knock retard. What about the actual sensors? What we're seeing to my untrained eye does not sync with engine rpms and timing, for the most part.

Check your plugs and look up how to read them if you do not already know. I've always had the best luck in these new engines running the AC Delco plug, some of the fancy multi pronged plugs for example make my Vette run like crap.. I gave up ever trying to run less than premium fuel years ago in any of my cars. Yes its more expensive but gas mileage is better too. Also check for how much ethanol is in the fuel. E15 can make anything run like crap. I see you are logging, can you get a TPS reading? That might have an effect.

If all else fails, find a tuner in your area that can take a few degrees of timing out of it. This can be adjusted by throttle position, speed and several other ways so as not to totally kill performance.

Not sure what sensors we need and how to plot them but all sensors data is here in this log https://drive.google.com/file/d/131KZ-AiKNHXFdgCw8yaTqfCxAQoqBq7O/view
Ok, I just downloaded and took a look at it. Your engine is running rich, way rich and keeps pulling fuel. Your LTFTs are too high, they should be near zero and are usually over -10. Also, your fuel pressure is all over the place. Now I don't know if it's supposed to be this way, mine stays pretty steady. I see a low of 20 psi and a high of 60 with an average of around 47 psi. What is it supposed to be?

Thank you. Very helpful. I will have to ask the dealer to help, they flat refuse to do anything about it, saying no codes - no problem... :(

Check out this tsb. It may be what you are looking for. TSB number is PIP5647B.
Update: 2021 Tahoes Only :( no dice for me. My dealer is not great and does only things that GM tells them to do... No codes no service... Other dealers in the area are not taking on new service customers due "shortage of mechanics".
Thank you, will be checking ASAP tonight. Looks very similar.

@Bob2C was kind enough to send me his logs and I certainly see that his trims are very good while my LTs are ranging between -21 to -8.5 on one bank and -21 to -3.9 on another.

On his correctly-working truck they -10.9 to 3.1 and -10.1 to 1.56

All stock running Exxon 89, detonates and those event I both hear and see them on the log. Dealer says the truck is perfect in every way, they checked. I asked them to put that in writing still not such letter from a dealer came in yet.
Just look at the Knock Retards on the simple drive on a highway and local roads, full operating temp, Exxon 89, not aftermarket anything, 32K on odometer.
Some of the retards are 10 degrees or more and that is that many over 19 minutes ride...
