Plastic inner fenders??

I am so fed up with these dang carpet inner fenders flooding my garage every time it rains.

Does anyone have any ideas for plastic inner fenders? Do base model police Tahoes maybe come stock with plastic??

Yea they hold a stupid amount of water. I'd be interested in plastic or the plasti-dip. Seems like the first time you get them all muddy they will hold all that dirt in.
