Great deal. Just look at the voltage coming from the Bank 1 upstream O2 sensor. The voltage should be hopping up and down (switching). If it is stuck at a very low voltage and not switching up and down, it might be defective. If you end up having to replace the sensor Rock Auto sells the OE units for about half price of other FLAPS.
I replaced all four of mine recently and bought them from RA.
