powder coating around here is around $50 a wheel!! so I decided to paint myself....

really? They said $180...then I asked $160 cash and they said ok...didnt know that was too much... :shrug:

Oh Well I guess...I just want them to last

$160 is a pretty good deal. One of the places I went to said $200, the other place said $240.

Are you getting them PC'd gloss, semi, or matte?

PC'd satin black...I believe thats the way the police wheels are?
I believe that the older style 5-spoke ones were satin but the new tear drop style ones are gloss. I'm not positive on this, but from what I can find this seems to be true...

I believe they are all gloss black... here are my 5 spoke police wheels. The teardrop ones youre talking about that I have seen in person are glossy too.

Its kind of hard to tell with the low quality iphone camera/not perfect lighting, but they are pretty glossy in person
