I must have had one too many tonight...
I looked at it and thought, oh cool! 8-bit pixalized tape!
It never occured to me that it was camo tape......:mexsmoke:

Ya, I'm killing myself too. Not so funny when I just looked at the tape again, and it still looks like a nice 8-bit random pixel pattern to me. See those big blocks that look like pixels? See the 8-bit color pattern? Camo what???

Bah! Must have been too many late nights peeking and poking C-64 screen art as a kid!

Since my diesel takes a while to warm up during cold weather, I use Lund's winter front. It's made of six individual plastic pieces that snap into the grille. I put all of them in and completely cover up the grill during the winter. When it starts to warm up outside, I can start pulling sections out to let some air through the grille.

Dammit! I just showed the tape to my wife and asked her what it looks like to her. She didn't even hesitate. She said 'Camoflauge'. sigh...

So is that a specific camo pattern, or just random? It is pretty bad ass for duct tape.

It's a specific camo pattern used by the Army (iirc)

I have to say that it actually did its job. I put it on at Prince George, Canada, and even though the outside temps continued to drop, I had to turn the heater down because it was getting so warm inside. Even at temps down to -32f, the needle stayed where it was supposed to and things ran great.

The oil pump, on the other hand, didn't like thick oil at -20f in the mornings...
