When turning sharp at slow speeds I can hear a popping noise and I am positive it's from the front end because I can feel it in the steering wheel. I checked my ball joints and there is no play. Any ideas? Also just replaced tierods hoping to get rid of it but no luck. But some good news is I'm getting 18.5 mpg on the highway, so that's a plus

Don't sound so optimistic, that 18-1/2 mpg goes to ZERO when it's on 3 wheels as it goes from a pop-pop-pop to a "BAMM!"

Calm your ****. If I knew what was wrong with your truck I would be the first person to tell you all of the possible sources. Problem is, I have a "pop" noise too that I cannot locate, hard as I try. If you have ever attempted a search on this then you know what I'm talking about. Very rarely is 1 mans "pop" or "thunk" originating from the same place as somebody else's. Some people spend $1,000 rebuilding the front end and still, "THUNK!"
If it's not the front suspension, steering linkage or driveline then you have to look at the body mounts, crossmembers, motor/trans mounts, slip yokes/Ujoints, torsion bar crossmember isolator bushings, intermediate steering shaft bearings... IDK you tell me if that helps anybody. To me, this would be a smartass response.

Have you checked your swaybar endlinks? The rubber isolators are known to deteriorate.

Would that really cause popping noises
Most definitely. I have a rear endlink with a bad bushing and it's making a popping noise when I drive over something just right. Same would go with the front and it's an easy visual inspection. Have you looked at them yet?
